Submission of abstracts
Participants are kindly requested to prepare their abstracts according to the template and submit them electronically before the 1st of June. The abstracts may be presented as full oral, short oral or poster presentation. Each full presentation will be limited to a maximum of 20 minutes which includes 5 minutes for discussion. Each short presentation will be limited to 5 minutes with no time for discussion.
Abstract as a word document should not be longer than 300 words. Use calibri as letterfont, size 12. The following structure for the abstract is requested: Title, authors, affiliation authors, email address, aim research, material/methods/design, results and discussion and conclusion(s). Do not add figures, tables or scientific references in the abstract. It is mandatory that the first author will be the presenter at the conference.
The scientific committee will endeavour to schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation. Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation will receive notification and information regarding their presentation at the latest by the 10th of July.
Remember each delegate is not restricted to only submit 1 abstract for oral presentation and 1 more for poster. After you have pressed the submission button a confirmation message will appear on the screen that the abstract is submitted and received. You will not receive a confirmation email.
